1. Click on Register – complete the Sign Up for Your New Account information and click “Create User”.
   Click on “Continue”.
2. Click “Create an Agency Application Online submission” and complete your agency information.
3. Click “Run” when completed to submit your Application.

Please have the following information available to complete your Application:

1. Your agency/agent license numbers for the states in which you wish to access LIG programs.
2. Your surplus lines license number if you are NOT based in Florida.
3. Your agency’s E&O carrier name, limits, and expiration date.
